ICE SKATING IN MEXICO!!  if that sounds crazy... it was. We had the opportunity a few weeks ago to go ice skating down town with kids from 3 different casa hogars.  For almost every single kid, this was their very first time ice skating and first time ever seeing an ice skating rink. As you can imagine, most of the kids (staff included) spent a lot of evening falling and sliding on the ice but the kids loved it.  They had SO MUCH FUN and so did I.  They'd fall and laugh and then get right back up, very determined to be good at it.
